Season 1 - Hero Promotion

The promotion can be carried out in a few simple steps, but I will explain the step-by-step method that maximizes points for the VS Duel.

• Wait for Thursday (Hero Day in the VS Duel)
• Wait for the hero improvement phase in the arms race
• Use all Mason-specific hero shards
• Use all universal epic hero shards on Mason
• Use all available skill medals on Mason
• Carry out the upgrade to using the Legendary Hero Badge

After the upgrade, Mason will be promoted from to , but his military rank will drop from 5 stars ★★★★★ to 3 stars ★★★. At the same time, all of his skills will be reset, and he will be removed from the Honor Wall. You will receive all hero shards used in the Honor Wall as hero-specific shards , as well as all skill medals via mail.

Now follow these additional steps:

• Collect the refunded items from the mail
• Use all Mason-specific hero shards
• Use all desired skill medals on Mason

Note: After the upgrade, Mason will continue to be promoted with Mason-specific hero shards and universal epic hero shards , but the number of shards required per promotion level will double. To promote Mason back to 5 stars ★★★★★ after the upgrade, a total of 1600 hero shards will be required.

Note 2: Since Mason is a hero now, the cost of levelling his skills is 11.1% more expensive now. Accordingly you will require more skill medals to level him to a similar skill level again.
